Kava (Piper methysticum): A South Pacific root beverage promoting relaxation. Not FDA-approved. Suggested dose: 100–150 mg kavalactones per 8 oz serving, max 300 mg daily (2–3 servings). Consult a healthcare provider if pregnant, nursing, on medications, or have liver conditions.
Botanical Blend Tea (Mitragyna speciosa): A Southeast Asian leaf tea with stimulant or sedative effects, containing 1.7% mitragynine (MIT). An 8 oz serving (~4.69 g leaf) provides ~67.73 mg MIT. Not FDA-approved; risks include nausea or liver issues. Suggested dose: 1–5 g (14.45–72.25 mg MIT) per serving, max 10 g (144.5 mg MIT) daily.
